Cameron is the Director of Best Home Therapy and an experienced Physiotherapist with over 15 years in clinical practice. He holds a PhD with a focus on neurophysiology and is an APA Sports & Exercise Titled Physiotherapist, bringing a deep understanding of how pain, movement and recovery interact. Cameron is a published author in the areas of osteoarthritis, pain and knee conditions, and has worked as a physiotherapist with elite athletes, including Olympic competitors and WTA players. He is passionate about turning complex science into practical, high-quality care that helps people get back to doing what matters most to them in everyday life.

SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST | MANAGER

Scott is our Physiotherapist manager who works with clients experiencing pain, mobility changes and reduced confidence in everyday movement. He focuses on musculoskeletal pain and related pathologies, post-operative and orthopaedic rehabilitation, and frailty or functional decline. Scott is an ideal fit for clients recovering from surgery or living with ongoing musculoskeletal pain or reduced function, and takes a calm, collaborative approach to building strength and independence at home and in the community.

James is caring, adventurous, and passionate, James has a strong clinical interest in falls prevention, balance, and rehabilitation. Outside of work, you'll find James staying active at the gym, running, or snowboarding. Fun fact: James has completed two marathons and one ultramarathon, always pushing the limits of endurance!

Shachi is an experienced physiotherapist with a Master of Applied Science in Clinical Exercise Practice (Rehabilitation). She has over seven years of clinical experience across private practice, aged care, and community settings, supported by nearly a decade in occupational and vocational rehabilitation. Known for her calm, empathetic, and evidence-based style, Shachi helps clients recover after surgery, manage chronic conditions, and build confidence through personalised exercise and clear communication. Outside work, she enjoys Pilates, yoga, travelling, cooking, and volunteering with FareShare Australia, all while balancing life as a busy mum of two.

Angel is a highly experienced clinician with over 20 years’ experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, with a strong background in rehabilitation-based care and Clinical Pilates. She is known for her calm, warm, and passionate approach, supporting clients to move with confidence and achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes. Angel is an expert in individualised, evidence-based treatment for both complex and long-standing conditions, guiding clients through recovery with clear communication and practical strategies. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and having grown up in New Zealand, she brings a culturally responsive and inclusive approach to her work.

Alan is a Senior Physiotherapist with experience supporting people across private practice, hospital, community and sporting settings. He takes a practical, client-centred approach to help people manage pain, improve movement and build confidence returning to the activities that matter to them. His areas of experience include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, running assessments, sports injury management, injury prevention and post-hospital rehabilitation. Alan has also worked with children and young people with respiratory conditions, as well as clients with neurological, orthopaedic and general medical rehabilitation needs. With experience working in both Australia and Japan, Alan can provide support in English, Japanese and Cantonese.

Jess is an aged-care-focused Occupational Therapist Team Lead with strong expertise in home modification and assistive technology. She is CHM certified for minor and major home modifications and has extensive experience prescribing equipment that supports safety, independence and comfort at home. Jess also completes detailed functional assessments, looking at how people manage everyday tasks and how the home environment can better support them.
