Physiotherapists
Cameron
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Cameron is the director at BEST Home Therapy. He is an APA titled Sports and Exercise physiotherapist who created BHT to make people healthier and happier. In his spare time, he loves a hit of tennis and being a coffee snob.

EXPERIENCE: Cameron has over a decade of experience within a broad range of sports, musculoskeletal, chronic pain, disability, and neurological physiotherapy.
His career highlights include managing sports medicine for the Chinese Olympic diving team and working with professional tennis players on the WTA and ATP tours.
SPECIAL CLINICAL INTERESTS: Cameron is completing his PhD in the bio-psychosocial effects of traumatic knee injuries. He has publications within the neurological, chronic pain and musculoskeletal fields.
HOBBIES: He is an avid tennis player, loves snowboarding and can be found on the push bike riding down beach road every Sunday.
Scott
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Scott is a friendly, experienced, and passionate physiotherapist who has worked in Australia's community, clinic, and hospital settings and abroad. He is currently 4th in the BHT Table Tennis rankings.

EXPERIENCE: Scott has over 4 years experience in a wide range of clinical settings and locations.
SPECIAL CLINICAL INTERESTS: Scott has a particular passion for managing the elderly, preventing falls and rehab post orthopaedic management.
HOBBIES: Scott enjoys socialising with friends, travelling, cooking food and exploring the live music scene. Already, Scott has adventured to 36 countries and counting!
Shae
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Shae is the ultimate package; highly experienced, knowledgeable and approachable. Shae has a great passion for exercise and yoga, implementing various wellness techniques to improve her participants’ lives.

EXPERIENCE: Shae has over a decade of experience within a wide range of physiotherapy. Shaeley has worked with a range of complex presentations and uses her skills in meditation and Yoga to make significant changes to those she works with.
SPECIAL CLINICAL INTERESTS: Neurological conditions, Geriatric Management, Womens Health, Chronic Pain, Post Surgical Management.
HOBBIES: Yoga, meditation, hiking, reading, bouldering, long baths, van adventures into nature, crocheting, travelling, attending live music, being unofficial Aunty to my friend's kids.
Shruti
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Shruti is a highly qualified physiotherapist with a broad range of therapies at her fingertips, including manual therapy, taping, clinical pilates, dry needling, and exercise prescription. She believes in empowering her clients with the skills and programs to help them move out of pain and into a better quality of life.

EXPERIENCE: Shruti graduated as a physiotherapist in India before moving to Australia. More recently she completed her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia. Since then Shruti has been gaining experience with a broad range of clientele.
SPECIAL CLINICAL INTERESTS: Working with clients with vertigo problems, or jaw, knee or shoulder disorders.
HOBBIES: Shruti enjoys painting on canvas, exploring Victoria, watching Sci-Fi movies and listening to Bollywood tunes.
David
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
David is a Senior Physiotherapist with years of experience in a range of settings, particularly geriatrics. He believes every client presents a unique puzzle to be solved.
David offers a wealth of expertise and knowledge and is passionate about empowering people to live happier and healthier.
Elizabeth
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Elizabeth has worked for 15 years across the full spectrum of healthcare including hospitals, private practice and chronic pain clinics. She has extensive experience using clinical pilates, hydrotherapy and other forms of rehabilitation to help clients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions get back to doing the things they love.
Amanda
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Amanda is an experienced physiotherapist with a particular interest in respiratory physiotherapy and pulmonary rehabilitation. She has a broad range of experience providing care to both children and adults living with a variety of conditions in both the acute and community settings. She is passionate about empowering clients to achieve their goals and giving them the confidence to return to doing the things they love.
Neha
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Neha has over a decade of experience, she is a dedicated Senior Community Physiotherapist focused on enhancing mobility, function, and quality of life. Her work is centered on personalised, hands-on care, empowering individuals including seniors, those with chronic conditions, and athletes to regain independence through tailored therapy, exercise, and education. Neha is a expert in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

EXPERIENCE: Jess has more than 5 years experience providing Occupational Therapy across a range of settings.
SPECIAL CLINICAL INTERESTS: Jess has a passionate interest in working with the elderly and people with a physical impairment.
Jess has amazing expertise in community- based interventions especially those involving home modifications and equipment.
Kate
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Kate is a caring and knowledgeable Occupational Therapist. Kate has experience in paediatric and complex home modifications. Kate loves to work with kids, their carers and the support team, to help them do what they enjoy most.

EXPERIENCE: Kate has 5+ years of OT experience through a range of clinical settings. Kate has undertaken extensive post graduate training in paediatrics and behavioural management. Kate is also certified for complex home modifications
SPECIAL CLINICAL INTERESTS: Paediatrics, Kate completes home and/or school/kinder visits to see how each child participates and interacts in their daily environments.
When working with children she assesses and builds on their gross and fine motor skills, executive functioning, social interactions, regulation, foundation skills (such as getting dressed or brushing teeth), and sensory processing.
Jessica
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Jess is an aged-care-focused, skilled Occupational Therapist with strong expertise in home modification and equipment prescription. Jess provides professionalism and holistic care that has garnered extensive positive client feedback.
Amy
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Amy is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with a keen clinical interest in neurorehabilitation. She also has experience in supporting clients living with Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and more. She is also highly knowledgeable in equipment prescription, falls prevention and balance.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Hazel is a practiced Occupational Therapist with experience in both aged care and NDIS sectors. She is passionate about home modifications, assistive technology, and helping clients improve their engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and life skills.

Renee is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over nine years of dedicated work within the NDIS sector. Throughout her career, she has enhanced her expertise in supporting individuals with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and mental health disabilities, helping them overcome challenges and improve their quality of life.

Nicholas is a friendly Occupational Therapist with clinical interests in Home Modifications and Palliative Care. He also supports clients with mental health and ageing at home.

BEHAVIOURAL THERAPIST
Hao has 15 years of experience working as a personal trainer with clients from various cultures and age groups. He is dedicated to working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals. Hao believes no goal is too small, as every small goal has a unique meaning, and every goal can be a ray of light illuminating the path of recovery.
James
EXERCISE THERAPIST
James is caring, adventurous, and passionate, James has a strong clinical interest in falls prevention, balance, and rehabilitation. Outside of work, you'll find James staying active at the gym, running, or snowboarding.
Fun fact: James has completed two marathons and one ultramarathon, always pushing the limits of endurance!
Sophia
BEHAVIOURAL THERAPIST
Sophia is skilled in stroke rehabilitation and aged care, with a focus on ADLs and assistive technology. Outside of work, Sophia enjoys Reformer Pilates, travelling, and baking for loved ones.
Fun fact: Sophia has travelled to eight countries in the last two years! Adventurous, open-minded, and easygoing, Sophia brings a positive approach to every aspect of life.

Jehan is a dedicated strength and conditioning coach with an extraordinary amount of knowledge and years of experience working with people of all abilities. From those living with a disability to elite athletes, Jehan helps his clients reach their physical goals in the friendliest and most compassionate way possible.

Kathryn is the background guru at BHT. Kathryn loves to learn and upskill, having multiple Masters’s degrees from Melbourne University and Deakin in Arts, Science, and Accounting. Kath also loves cycling and is an avid reader. If you ever need a reading recommendation, she’s your go-to.
