Physiotherapy Process
If you are interested in scheduling a physiotherapy home visit, our compassionate and skilled team will:
Assist you in understanding our collaborative approach and book your initial appointment via phone.
A physiotherapist will then come to your home for the first appointment.
The physiotherapist will attentively listen to your pain and/or health concerns.
They will then conduct an assessment of the injury or identify the underlying causes of the problem.
Following the assessment, the physiotherapist will develop a concise plan aimed at achieving your health objectives.
Once we have mutually agreed upon the plan, your physiotherapist will provide the physiotherapy treatment in the most convenient location for you: right in your own home.
If desired, we can share the goal plan with your family members and/or doctor to foster a collaborative approach in assisting you to achieve your goals.
